Once an order has been successfully placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.

Each Secret Gift Box is prepared specifically for the order, and the process begins immediately after confirmation. For this reason, cancellations are not supported after checkout.

Refund Policy

Refunds are not applicable once an order is confirmed due to the personalized and surprise-based nature of the gift box.

However, refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

• The order was not delivered within the delivery timeframe communicated on the website.
• The gift box was delivered in a damaged condition.

All refund requests are subject to internal review and approval.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are not supported.

Since the contents of the gift box are not disclosed in advance and each order is prepared specifically, all deliveries are considered final once completed.

Failed or Incorrect Delivery

SecretGiftBox.in is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by:

• Incorrect or incomplete address details
• Incorrect contact information provided at checkout

In such cases, refunds or re-delivery will not be provided.

Refund Processing (If Approved)

• The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
• Processing may take 7–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
